#1 Change "hours" from int to float

I changed the qms-analog.c code to allow more finely
grained "hours" input. I am using a script to scrape
qms-analog output and supply it to mrtg every 5
minutes, so I wanted 5 minute granularity.

It's obviously quite easy:

Line 96: Remove "hours"
New Line 97: "float hours;"
Line 105: Change "atoi" to "atof"
