#50 Number of hits field appears read only

Error report: Can't enter any number into the Number of hits field (in a particular installation).

Verified on a clean installation:
Looks like a JS initialisation is running for too long, and blocking the entire page, including this field. The effect is worse on a slower browser as IE :).
