#133 Move Endian option to Data Format

Hello, thanks for this very easy and good Modbus Master, I use it with my students.

These are 2 improvments I would like to see :

1. The Float data format for register functions uses Little endian and Big endian settings in the Options menu. If it is used only for the Float Data format, I think it would be very easier to find if you propose directly in the Data Format lookup field : "Little endian Float" and "Big endian Float".
2. Sometimes we need to read the result of double registers, So it would be nice to propose 32 bits data formats in decimal and hexadecimal view.
