#123 Gathering data from 32 channel board N4VDB32

I'm new to the site and modbus but am hoping I can use QModmaster to scan the 32 channels of an analog 0-10V board I recently purchased (N4VDB32). The board has an RS 485 output but I use a RS485 to USB converter and my laptop recognizes the board on Com3. I simply want to scan and record the voltages on the 32 channels every 30 minutes. At some point, I will plot them in excel. Any and all help is appreciated. Presently, I can't get the software to connect to the port.
