#1226 drag n drop top current playlist brings last track to bottom of list bug.

Hello, I been using qmmp for years and I love it, I have it so customized with hyprland that it looks completely different.

there is an issue that the interface gets changed on its own, I remedied that by changing permissions of configs so that if you change the interface it can't  be saved and it reverts on next run of the app.,

I been having a bug issue where if I have tracks in the list and drag more to the list, the last track always ends up at the bottom of the tracks I just dragged into the list. 
its annoying. 
if i use qmmp enqueue that works fine however.

Was wondering if someone can fix it, its a bug that has been in the app for a long time. 
thanks guys for making the best damn audio player app.

I'm using Arch Linux, hyprland setup.

Theres other nice players out there but they never read back the kps properly, your the only app it seems that does this correctly.  be well.
