Some(?) wav files cannot be played nor added to a playlist, despite working in other players. Sample wav file that won't open is attached.
Happens on linux, qmmp version 2.2.4 and 2.3.0, haven't tested other versions.

The fix is incomplete. After applying the patch, the following file still doesn't play.
