#1201 output module libshout. How it works?

I have a icecast server working with ices capturing from output of my soundcard.
But if only start icecast and select: Output->Module Icecast (libshout.so)
with the config of attachment, don't connect and doesn't play nothing.
Can anyone give me any clue?
