#1199 Playlist doesn't reset to streaming station name in list when playback is stopped

For streaming radio stations using m3u or pls that have a title for the station and transmit the name of the playing song, what is happening is that when playback is stopped the name of the last played song remains in the playlist until playback is started again. When a new playback is started the title changes to the new song name in the same playlist entry.

Ideal behaviour would be when playback is stopped, to reset the name in the playlist to the name of the station such as Title# with pls or EXTINF with m3u.
