#1197 Unable to maimize tiny opening window (3" x 2")

I am running Linux Mint 22.1m cinnamon
Downloaded Qmmp from the Mint repository
it opens as a small screen, approx 3 inches x 2 inches
It will not enlarge to a size suitable to be used and seen easily
