#1 New features - delete using From, To or Cc and new queue vie

This diff adds 3 new switches:

-F<address> to remove all messages from the queue
matching From = <address>
-T<address> to remove all messages from the queue
matching To or Cc = <address>
-q to view the queue contents with one message perl
line formatted as:

<msg-id> <from> -> <to> <size>

Made a few tests and looks fine. Use at your own risk.
