#1 problem with a table full of ones

First of all, thank you for the work done :)
i think i've found a problem. If you introduce all posible input values (for example: from 0 to 15) the program returns more than 15 vectors, which doesn't seem the desired output :) Maybe just 3 rounds is not enough.
Am I wrong?
