Perhaps someone on > this list can offer some help on this!? I meanwhile figured out that the reason for these troubles on Mac OS X is simply that my system is not fully supporting OpenGL, because my VirtualBox development system isn't a real Mac (and VBox guest additions don't exist yet for Mac OS X guests)... the QuickTime back-end's video player apparently requires OpenGL, and forcing it to use software rendering isn't an easy task. I tried forcing it through the "OpenGL Profiler", but that just works for QMC2 itself, unfortunately the "custom pixel format" settings aren't transferred to the (QuickTime) back-end player. So, it may actually work, but I'm unable to test it. Happy Easter, René -- René Reucher ren...@ba... http://www.batcom-it.net/ |
