#45 No Pop Up When Toggling Volume

Hi,

I would like to request that there be an option of whether or not a window pops up when one toggles the volume on qliner. This would be useful when one is doing something in full screen and needs to adjust the volume. Attached is the window which my request pertains to; the screen shot was taken with qliner hotkeys.
