#34 customize U and L keys

Am I being too picky to complain about the U and L keys
being uncustomizable? I'm trying to map programs to the
letter they start with, and so far so good except for
UltraEdit! I think this is retarded that we can't
change the U key, especially when it's mapped to a
useless feature for many of us.

I startet using Hotkeys a few days ago and find it very useful.
But I agree with the writer of this topic, that those keys may be useful for other things.
