While testing this connector, I noticed that if I went to Google Trends and searched my term, the value was not the same as the value that was brought in from Qlikview. Is there a reason for this?
For example, search "GE Stock". Using the Qlikview "InterestOVerTimeIntervalStartDate" of 3/30/2014 produces a number of 11. If I were to export the Google Trend information from google.com/trends to a CSV it produces a value of 12. This is just one example and while not a major difference, it could be materially larger for other search keywords.
Maybe it's because the connector only looks at a specific region (US, UK etc.), Category or Search segment (Image, News, Youtube for example)?
Allowing a user to choose these parameters would be great too. Thank for all the work you've done!
