The duration field already indicates the total time of a step.
In case, I could add a "Hold" field which would be Duration - Fade In - Fade Out

QLC+ has Fade in, Fade out and Duration.
Maybe it would be better change Duration to Hold (that it's the "standar")
And maybe add a information field named Duration (indicating the total time of the step for example)
