Hi,
Started playing with 4.5.0 and discovered this.
Loaded up a project, selected a button, right click to "Widget properties".
The button label field now contains the function name.
If you Save, then the label is updated, Cancel leaves it as it was.
Doesn't seem to be a problem on other widgets.
Ubuntu 13:04 64bit.
Chris.

Hi,
A temporary workaround is to go to "Rename Widget" and Copy the text, directly before you go to "Widget Properties", and then Paste that text back into the "Button Label" before adjusting anything else.
Chris.

Got the point. It's indeed a bug.
Gonna fix it.
Thanks for reporting
