I have just done my first performance (band stage lighting) using QLC+ with MIDI controls on Eurolight LC2412 and TouchOSC from iPad (for scanner control, and special lights). Thanks Massimo for such a great system.

I am now creating a cut down lighting rig for smaller gigs, and want to control it entirely from an iPad using TouchOSC.

I think there is a bug in QLC+4.7.4 whereby a TouchOSC button will not correctly trigger the Blackout button. Activating the button does seem to cause a flickering of the dimmer channel (I'm guessing) but the lights all stay on.

Clicking on the Blackout button on the Virtual Console works as expected, and using a physical button via MIDI also works fine. Its just OSC that seems to have the problem.

OS is Linux Mint 17. DMX is via DMXKing ultra DMXmicro.

Anyone else come across this ?

UPDATE : PROBLEM FIXED in 4.8.1

Apologies all. I just realised that 4.8.1 is available. Downloaded and tested with that version and problem has gone.

    Thanks,
    Nick
