Hi there,

I'm running QLC+ with the Enttec USB DMX PRO interface on an HP G62 Core I3 laptop running Windows 7 Pro. I seem to have a delay in the response of my setup. For example when I set the software to switch a single LED Par from off to white it takes aproximatly 10 seconds before the light responds. Yet when I run the same setup on my Macbook Pro the lights respond instantly.

Any help on this is greatly apreciated.

Is the QLC+ monitor displaying the values without any delay ?

Did you try configuring you DMX USB PRO with enttec tools ?
Is the correct driver installed ?
