Copy slider widget does not copy click & go

Small thing - When you copy a slider widget, the click & go settings are not copied. So a RGB click & go slider copies as a slider with the relevant channels ticked but not the RGB click & go setting.

This also applies to cloning the first page to new pages.

Edit: And I also noticed that copying and pasting between pages does not always put the new widgets on the target page, it occasionally leaves puts the copy on both pages - sort of on top of the pages.
