When you have a Slider or Knob in VC in Level model and e.g. set low limit to 250 and high limit to 255 - and then assign a knob on a Midi controller... Then the "range" of the knob on the midi-controller is still 0-255 and not 250-255 .. This makes it impossible "hit" specific DMX values - e.g. "252" as it is on a very narrow range on the knob instead of 1/5 of the knob

Any workarounds ?

  Unfortunately there is no workaround on a released version.
  I just fixed it, so unless you compile from sources, you need to wait for the next release
