Unchecking the scenes box in the function selector causes a crash if the there are subfolders for scenes.
I tested this with a previous project which I saved in 4.6.1 and then tidied up some of the scenes into subfolders. Crash happens in all instances of using the function selector. I am using Ubuntu 12.04.
