Capabilities Editor - Dependant Parameter?

I'm new to QLC+ and trying to make some profiles for an upcoming program and to contribute to the community. Some of the fixtures have channel parameters that depend on other channels.
Example: Gobo Rotation. One channel selects the gobo and gobo mode. The next parameter (channel) is either 0-255 Index position if gobo mode is "index", but if the mode is "spin" then 3-127 clockwise, slow -> fast and 128-253 Counter-clockwise, fast -> slow.
Does QLC+ support entering capabilities for one parameter (channel) based on the values of another parameter?
I had a similar issue with the Ledj Alu Quad Par 64 and Colour Storm Quad definitions. If you load these definitions you can see what I did. It might not make complete sense without the user manuals which you can download from prolight.co.uk.
