Cant figure out how this works - so I checked in help, but nothing is there..

Can anyone tell how to set this up. I have tap assigned to a button for a duration.
What I want is a simple Base color that is on and then a blink with the duration/timing from the tap

I just realized the VC Speed dial help page is not even installed in the final package !
