QLC+ crashes if OLA isnt running

Hey guys, having some issues running QLC since i installed OLA

running Mac OSX 10.9.4

I have used QLC+ a few months ago when i was looking for lighting apps, and installed 4.5.1 which worked fine.

i then installed OLA a few weeks ago, using mac ports as i wanted to try out the python libraries, and this all works fine. i can start an OLA server and communicate via python.

i went to run QLC+ today and it didnt work, i updated to the current version 4.8.3 and the same problem.

If i run QLC from the command line it just says Seg Fault 11.

i then played around with OLA a bit, and while it was running tried running QLC+ and it works fine!!

I have posted some of the crash log below if it helps.

Any ideas how to run QLC+ without OLA running on the same machine?

Hi, please do not paste long logs here. Use attachments.

Please indicate which version of OLA you have installed in your system. I think recent versions of QLC+ requires some 0.9.x.
