Question about the GUI buttons and accidental scene erasure...

The "Open Workspace" icon is being confused with a printer, and my OPs are clicking the first Disk icon (Save), which opens a "Save Workspace As" dialog. When my ops are double clicking the setup file, they are in fact Saving a new Blank Workspace over the setup Workspace. Is it a possibility to have toolbar options such as <icon &="" text="">, <Icon../ <text only="">? It could actually help with design speed, seeing all of the options at a glance without needing to know what the icons mean. </text></icon>

Tavon, I have to say this is kind of a weird request, as hundreds of users use QLC+ and none complained about the open icon.

Can't you just tell your operators that the blue icon is the OPEN icon ? :)

Yeah... i have... but its an idea. The open icon DOES have a strange appearance.. doesn't look much like a folder to me. I just thought I'd ask.

We use them every day in Linux/KDE and I believe no one tried to print a folder so far :)

I know. Trust me. But some people on my end are getting it mixed up. I've already restored the workspace backup 3 times. Again, just an idea... The option would be cool to be Text only to save'some' real estate.

What about creating a shortcut to qlc+ with the option to have a workspace loaded from the start ?
