    Hi guys,

An idea I had that would be awesome... the ability to set the MIDI "note on" velocity used when QLC sends feedback messages to the controller. This would be particularly useful on my "Novation Launchpad S" where different note velocities cause different colours on the buttons. I gather at the moment QLC sends a full 127 "note on" velocity on feedback, so you get a yellow light on the button only?

Let me know if you can already do this... I couldn't see it anywhere :-)

    Thanks,
    Chris

Hi Chris, there is currently a way of doing this, but unfortnately it is not so simple (yet?). For instance you can currently only change the color of all buttons and not specific ones. But it is possible to get a bicolor-feedback(red=off, green=on). You can set these colors up the way you feel fit.
Unfortunately you will have to compile QLC from sources to make this changes.
See this thread for the steps you need to make to change the colors.

    Wow, OK, thanks Maikel :-)

I'll take a look at the source code. Hopefully this might be a new feature in QLC+ in the near future? Would be super-awesome!

    Chris
