I'm just getting started with QLC+ and it is great. I am having a problem with FTDI Drivers. I have a DIY OpenDMX usb dongle that uses an ftdi chip and a MAX485. It works great with QLC+ as long as I don't have any FTDI drivers installed. As soon as I install FTDI drivers, QLC stops talking to my dongle. This is fine, except that I am trying to build my own lights using microcontrollers, and I'm programming them with Arduino and using FTDI chips. These boards only work when I install FTDI drivers.
Is there a way for QLC+ and Arduino to both work? It's a bit frustrating to uninstall the drivers and re-install the drivers every time I wont to test the software or modify the code.
I'm on Mac OSX 10.8.5.
Thanks,
