slowness when using multiple universes through one plugin

I'm running into this issue when using ArtNet or OLA plugins, the first universe associated with a particular plugin is transmitting 50 packets / second, but adding a second universe on the same plugin drops to between 7-10 pps. If I have both ArtNet and OLA plugins active and setup with 1 universe each I'm getting 50pps on both. switch to two ArtNet or two OLA universes and back to the 50 / 10. Am I alone or is this affecting more than just me? Running 3 universes I get 50 / 10 / 10, and with 4 its 50/7/7/7.

Just tried on Linux Unbuntu 12.04 32bit using ArtNet.
Universe 1 on 13.0.0.x
Universe 2 on 192.168.0.x

Same output bitrate. No issue at all

running on Windows 7 x64 host

Eventually I'll be hooking to two AL-NET8PROs 2.43.2.5 & 2.43.2.7

Since you're getting full bitrate on two universes of artnet i'll have to dig deeper on my side and see whats going on.
