Hi Massimo,
i got a replacement ODE-device today, and i will tell you in which order i checked it:
-Mac Mini Mid 2011 / OS X 10.8.2 -> Enttec Nodemanagement Utility 1.65 [beta 1] -> ODE works fine
-Acer Laptop / Win7 Pro 64bit -> Enttec Nodemanagement Utility V 1.70 -> ODE works fine
-Mac Mini Mid 2011 / OS X 10.8.2 -> OLA Version 0.8.26 -> ODE works fine
-Mac Mini Mid 2011 / OS X 10.8.2 -> QLC+ Version 4.2.1 -> ODE don't work -> QLC+ crashed when i want to change ArtNet-Config
-Acer Laptop / Win7 Pro 64bit -> QLC+ Version 4.2.1 (clean install)-> QLC+ crashes, won't start (even if started QLC+ as admin)
-MacBook pro Mid 2009 -> QLC+ Version 4.2.1 (clean install) -> ODE don't work
-> QLC+ crashed when i want to change ArtNet-Config
Sorry, that i can't give better Feedback, please let me know how i can help with testing.
My girlfriend has an older Mac Mini Mid 2007 with OS X 10.7.5 (Snow Leopard), i will test QLC+ on it this weekend.

I know that Massimo has resolved some Art-Net bugs in the last few days (especially on OS X). I think if you either build the latest source or wait a for the next release, you'll probably be good to go.

If you send me an email I will send you a link to download a preview of QLC+ 4.2.2. for OSX with lot of bugs fixed.
As for Windows, im afraid you need to uninstall and install again.

George, thanks for information - which Qt is needed for Build from latest Souce? Is it better to use Qt 4.8.4 or 5.0.1 ?
Massimo: After Reinstallation QLC+ 4.2.1 works, but crashes if i want to configure ArtNet.

Heiko, building QLC+ on OSX requires 2Gb of extra software, so I don't suggest to compile it if not necessarily needed.

Just had the confirmation from Heiko that after some system cleanup, QLC+ started to communicate with ODE over ArtNet.

I'm happy to. After Cleaning everything from old QLC and QLC+ installations, disabling WLAN and connect ODE dirct to my Mac Mini i got it to work.
Today i connect the ODE to my Airport Extreme Router and everything works fine:)
Is here somebody else, who uses QLC+ with Enttec ODE?

I use DMXKing eDMX1 interface to work with QLC +, they must be on the same subnet to work, which is normal.
I also use the interface Enttec ODE, but there is something strange, the interface works even if its IP address is not on the same subnet as the PC using QLC +.
The ODE interface is it driven in broadcast mode? And if so, why?
Someone would have an explanation?
