Building on Debian - missing <ola/Logging.h> [HINT]

When building a debian package, you may find that compilation stops due to <ola Logging.h=""> being missing.

I found that this is available at

http://www.opendmx.net/index.php/OLA_Debian_/_Ubuntu

Add the repository using the given instructions, then

sudo apt-get install ola-dev

then the QLC+ package should build successfully.
