Just downloaded the RC1 and noticed one small thing that isn't really a bug but more of a conflict with a system feature on OS X. I tried out the new Position Tool and while Shift + Arrow key works fine, Ctrl + Arrow key is a system shortcut that triggers Expose (a window management feature). Not sure if this is something that "should" be changed, but I thought it merited a mention.

    Hi,

do you know of an alternative? Is "Alt" better? I don't know OSX so I can't propose anything...

I think Alt (or the Mac equivalent would really be Option) would eliminate this issue.

Shift-Alt switches desktops on my Lubuntu... grrr...

    These are available modifiers: http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-4.8/qt.html#KeyboardModifier-enum

QT docs say QT Ctrl is Command in OSX. So the VC XY Pad may respond to Command+arrows.
Would you please check that? That would simplify things a bit...

If it doesn't work, we have to use another key combination for OSX (most probably Alt/Option).
