Is there anything specific in the usage policy that you have an issue
with? Or is the issue that there are usage terms?
There are terms so that we are able to define what is discouraged and
what we consider abusive. QLandkarte is not an abusive app, but the
default UA "Mozilla 5.0" does conflict with abuse apps.
