#36 Unable to view any docs and rules on Windows

I have installed version 2.2 on Eclipse 3.1 and separtely.
When I try to select on a rule to see the description. I
get a Shortcut error unable to
open "/c:/qipro_v2.2.0/docs/Rules/32.html" It appears
that you are using the Unix format for path. I dont know
why you have a / in from of the c:
This happens in Eclipse and in the standalone
application. WHere is this configured? Can I fix this on
the fly?

Platform info:
XP SP1
IE 6.0.X

Please fix this it is critical
