#31 QJ-Pro 2.2 not working with Jdeveloper

Maybe this is a configuration issue but I unipped the
files in the jev/lib/ext directory and upon start up of
various versions of JDev I get:
C:\jdev\10.1.3\jdev\lib\ext\qjpro.jar!\META-INF\jdev-
ext.xml
Error: <Line 3, Column 21>: XML-24534: (Error)
Element 'feature' not expected.
Error: <Line 11, Column 14>: XML-24521: (Error)
Element not completed: 'extensions'

Any ideas?

QJPro works with 10.1.2, however cannot download 10.1.3 at
the moment (site not working?), probably the xml file
changed for the new release?
