#3 I have fast fingers

Hi,

I have fast fingers. I'm able to press on the D-PAD on my Gamepad to left or right before the axis is registered to be at Zero. I'd presume it is possible to move any joystick type device so fast, that it skips over from positive to negative (or vice versa) without ever reaching the dead zone.

The effect is apparent if the axis is mapped to keystrokes. The keystroke assigned to the end of the axis moved from, is never released (and the other one never pressed).

I believe this patch should fix the issue, with hopefully no ill effects =)
