#3 Key sequences & keys with modifiers.

I very need to be able to assign joystick's buttons to a key with modifies (for example Ctrl + H, Alt + L). As I see qjoypad does not recognize Ctrl, Alt, Shift as modifiers which is correct behaviour in some situations. So, I think it will be very useful to have an option in layout "Standalone modifiers".

I also think it will be very useful to have ability to assign key sequence to joystick button. I think it should be an option it Key input dialog, There is example in KDE standard key bindings dialog.
