#2 Integrated Video/Audio player

What about a small light weight Video/Audio/Still Picture
player integrated into the background.

Just something small and light mabe Kaffeine video
player?

This would allow for the standard background image, as
well as a rich Audio/Video environment plus the ability to
have an active video loop as the background. This would
eliminate the need for a screen saver and look quite cool
also.

Scatter and patern effects generated from data sampled
from the sound card could also be displayed this way.

Something similar is already in the TODO list... we will
work on it. Only, this is not something to expect in next
version ;-)

framebuffer programs behind of the qingy..
