#10 preserve Num Lock state from console

I think it is in TODO list, but to make it look more official... ;) For those of us with passwords with numbers on numpad it would be great if qingy preserved the numlock state from console when firing up directfb. And if it was possible to preserve the num lock even for X session it'd be PERFECT but i guess that'd be a little bit too black magic... just an idea;)

I tried to implement this some time ago but it proved to be quite difficult, since it appears the code needed for this changes with hardware. I was not able to craft a method to do this that worked for all hardware, so for now I'm leaving this alone...
