[Qingu-developers] Breaking Change

Hi,

a breaking change is made: The layout is now separated between a qingu 
layout and a novawars layout. So if you update your project you MUST set 
the new "gameid" config value if you're not updating the config.inc.php. 
If you update config.inc.php the default value "qingu" will be used 
which is less pretty than the "novawars" layout. So you might want to 
change that!
