+A simple utility to convert QIF to CSV or CSV to QIF.

+Purpose:

+Allow you to edit YOUR financial data outside your financial application and then return the cleaned up data back into the application.
+Allow you to download data from financial institutions and format it for importing into your financial application when the institution does not support it.

+NOTE: Importing back into quicken is ONLY available for certain types of accounts, e.g. Cash.  As of Quicken 2010, you can still select, cut, and paste those transactions back into your checking, credit, savings, etc. accounts.
