#99 Compiling on Windows

I tried to compile qgo2 on windows, and the only modification I had to make was the following diff:

RCS file: /cvsroot/qgo/qgo2/src/main.cpp,v
retrieving revision 1.16
diff -r1.16 main.cpp
24a25

include <ctime></ctime>

There may be other problems now that I have it compiled, but I haven't come across them yet.
