#2 no directory can be seen

After I connect to the ftp server on another site with VirgoFtp, no directory can be seen, and the command sent to the remote site are all in BIG letters, like 'LS' but not 'ls'. Can you tell me why no direcory is displayed and how I can fix it? Many thanx!

After I connect to the ftp server via VirgoFtp, no directory can be opened oer seen on the server part of VirgoFtp window. Also, when I tried to type the command 'ls', the command can't be executed because it is transfered as 'LS'. Don't understand why. thanx a lot!
