#2 Fix for URI RegEx

Here is an addition to the URI RegEx that works with
complex URI like Google uses such as:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial_s&q=ascii+generator&btnG=Search

Chars %_+ are all valid as well as : for port numbers.

Hopefully that is most of them :)

Although I have ONE example where it fails and that is
on an URI that has no space and an extended ascii
character at the end.

    I add this to existing RegEx.
    Later, I full rewrite highlight procedure and all must work
    fine.
