Things that I like to add for the future:
- binaries available for major platforms like OpenSUSE / Ubuntu. Some pre build applications can be part of it.
- Demonstration video that shows how an application can be made by dragging around widgets in the Qt Designer
- Website needs to be in place. Links to dicom images e.d.
More stuff I have already created but is not in the repository yet:
- konqueror plugins for DICOM thumbnail and metadata viewing. Just like photo's dicom images are appearing as thumbnails. When the mouse is hovering above the thumbnail, the meta data of the dicom image is shown.
A possible extension is a dicom submit / receive widget. This widget can be used to drag widgets on to send an image to a modality or storage. The receiver widget is able to receive / store images from a dicom submitter.
I like to invite visitors to put their ideas in this discussion.
