Restructure Complete & Source Version 0.4 Released

The restructuring of the library is complete and the latest version is now available for download. Note that the classes in this release is not backwards compatible with previous versions. Also the Generalised Gerchberg-Saxton (GGS) algorithm is still experimental. The next step will be the introduction of the Digital Projection theory, Sub-Version repository and thorough testing of the GGS algorithm.
