Project Re-Structure

The Project is now going under re-structure to accomodate further work on BECs and new work on Digital Projection Theory.
In terms of the Coding aspect. The project will see a design improvement in the form of a parameter class.
In terms of the website and help documents. Better installation procedures will be added and more options in the source packages will become availble.
