#2 Field Title Buttons in Locked Mode

The following is a problem for IE only. Opera and
Lynx do not have this problem.

When in locked mode, pressing one of the field title
buttons (e.g. on the Item Entity page, there are three
field title buttons: Item Type, Location & Parent),
causes a Null Pointer exception.

This is due to the fact that IE does not deliver the
field value when it is locked (disabled).
