above is my log

I insmod quickcam.o successed. Plug in USB webcam,
the driver autodetected webcam. But I can't
access /dev/video0.

    Logged In: NO

    Did you try a web cam software (e.g. xawtv) too?
    If that gives the error too, your device file is probably
    broken. What does "ls -la /dev/video0" display?

    Try recreating it as root:

    rm /dev/video0
    mknod /dev/video0 c 81 0
    chmod a+r /dev/video0
    ln -s /dev/video0 /dev/video
