#4 Indstat records for non-existent games

It may be possible to export indstat records that refer to games that don't exist in scores (or possibly this was a flaw in LiveStat that has been corrected).

Probably this occurs because there are separate interfaces for the entering of game data and individual data and users inadvertently select the wrong team from dropdowns.
